Hradar = capture tool + view tool + a managed switch. You only need the four things below.

Capture tool (nobody_capture.exe)

Runs on the capture PC and decodes positions from the mirrored traffic.

View tool (nobody_view.exe)

Renders the radar map. You watch it in a browser on the same PC, a phone, or any device.

Managed switch

Duplicates the game PC traffic to the capture PC using port mirroring.

What you need

Game PC · capture PC · one Layer-2 managed switch · account plus card time · the bundled npcap-1.83.exe installer.

This is the part people most often get wrong. The switch must be a managed (Layer-2) switch whose specification explicitly lists port mirroring — you may see it written as Mirroring, Port Mirroring, or SPAN.

Two steps — plug both PCs into the switch, then note the port numbers.

• Plug both PCs into the switchConnect the game PC and the capture PC to any switch ports with network cables; the switch keeps its normal uplink to the router. Order and position do not matter.

• Write the two port numbers downNote which port each PC uses, for example TE3 and TE2 — you will enter exactly these two ports in the mirroring settings next.

Open the switch admin page in a browser — the address and credentials are in the switch manual or on its sticker. Go to Port → Mirroring and fill in the fields below; the screenshot underneath shows a real switch. Apply, then Save.

• Session IDKeep the default, 1.

• StatusEnabled.

• Target portPick the port the game PC is plugged into (TE3 in the screenshot) and tick Forward normal traffic.

• Source inbound (RX)Move the capture PC port — the radar machine (TE2 in the screenshot) — from the available list to the selected list.

• Source outbound (TX)Move the capture PC port into the selected list here as well.

• Do not swap the two portsOn this screen the target port is the monitored side — the game PC — while source inbound/outbound point at the radar machine; most blank-radar reports are these two being swapped. After the later steps, enter a live match and click Start: if the log recognizes the map and players the direction is right; if it stays blank in-match, swap the two and retry.

The capture tool needs Npcap to read traffic. Install it on the capture PC before the first run — the installer ships with your download, or grab it from the cloud drive link below.

• Run npcap-1.83.exeDouble-click the installer from your package, or the one downloaded from the drive link below.

• Keep the compatibility option tickedOn the options page, leave "Install Npcap in WinPcap API-compatible Mode" checked. Without it the capture tool cannot find the driver.

• Finish the wizardNo restart is needed.

A card key only adds time to an account — it is not a login credential. Register an account, redeem the card in the User Console, then sign in to the capture tool with the account and password.

The capture tool signs in with account and password — not the card key.

Fill in the three fields, then click Start. When the status turns running and the log starts recognizing the map and players, the mirroring from step 4 is correct.

• Game PC IPThe game PC local IP. On the game PC press Win+R, type cmd, run ipconfig, and read the IPv4 address line — usually 192.168.x.x.

• Network adapter — select it manuallyChoose the capture PC adapter that is plugged into the mirrored switch port, the one from the wiring step. If you are not sure which one it is, check the adapter name or model, or temporarily disable the other adapters.

• View endpointView tool on the same machine: 127.0.0.1:8778. View tool on a server: the server public IP with port 8778, for example 203.0.113.9:8778.

• Click StartKeep the capture tool running — it picks players up automatically once a match starts.

Keep the defaults (web 8777, data 8778) and pick one of the two deployments below. 8777 is the web page you open in a browser; 8778 is the port the capture tool sends to — never set them the same.

Option A — same PC (simplest)

On the capture PC run nobody_view.exe, keep the defaults (web 8777, data 8778, password optional for local use), click Start, then open http://127.0.0.1:8777/ on that PC. Red dots and names appear once a match starts. Best when a screen sits next to the capture PC.

Option B — server (watch from anywhere)

On a server with a public IP, run nobody_view.exe with web 8777 and data 8778, set a 4-digit web password, and click Start. Allow 8777 TCP and 8778 TCP+UDP in the cloud security group and the server firewall. Point the capture tool view endpoint at the server public IP with :8778 and click Start. Then open http://SERVER-IP:8777/ on any phone, tablet, or PC and enter the password.

Find your symptom below; each row names the most likely cause and the fix. The mirroring direction (step 4) and the adapter choice (step 7) are the two most common culprits.

"No capture driver detected"

Npcap is missing or the compatibility mode was unticked. Reinstall Npcap with WinPcap API-compatible Mode, then click Re-detect.

No adapters are listed at all

The capture tool asks for administrator permission when it starts — if the Windows prompt was dismissed with No, close the tool and open it again, then click Yes.

"No adapter clearly transmitting game data" and it will not start

The adapter is still on auto-select and no match is running. Select the mirrored adapter manually (step 7) and Start will work from the lobby.

Running, but the radar stays blank

Either you are still in the lobby (no data exists yet), the wrong adapter is selected, the game PC IP is wrong, or the mirroring direction is swapped. Enter a live match first; only if it is still blank in-match, swap source and destination (step 4).

The page will not open, or shows 502

The view tool is not started, the web port was typed as 8778 (the web page is 8777), the viewing device runs a proxy, or the server ports are not allowed. Start the view tool, use 8777, add the proxy bypass, allow 8777 and 8778.

"Concurrent limit" or "already running"

Two copies are open, or the account is signed in somewhere else. Close the extra copy or session.

The map shows "unsupported map"

You are not in a live match yet, or the map has not been recognized yet. Enter a match — it is not an error.

Authorization expired

The card time is used up. Redeem a new card in the account center and restart.

If anything looks wrong — for example the rare duplicate marker — click Export diagnostic package while it is happening and email the .pcap to support. It records the last few matches, so the problem can be reproduced offline.

• Click Export diagnostic packageThe button sits on the capture tool window. Click it while the problem is fresh.

• Collect the fileIt is written to C:\Users\<your-name>\AppData\Local\Nobody\diag\diag_<date-time>.pcap.

• Send it to supportEmail the .pcap with a short description of what happened.

Hradar = 采集端 + 显示端 + 一台网管交换机。你只需要准备好下面这四样。

采集端（nobody_capture.exe）

装在采集机上，从镜像流量里解算位置。

显示端（nobody_view.exe）

渲染雷达地图。同一台电脑、手机或任何设备的浏览器都能观看。

网管交换机

通过端口镜像把游戏机的流量复制一份给采集机。

需要准备

游戏机 · 采集机 · 一台二层网管交换机 · 账号与卡密时长 · 安装包自带的 npcap-1.83.exe。

最容易买错的就是这台交换机。它必须是网管（二层）交换机，而且规格里明确写有端口镜像——有的品牌写作「镜像功能」「Port Mirroring」或「SPAN」。

就两步：把两台电脑插到交换机上，然后记下端口号。

• 把两台电脑插到交换机上用网线把游戏机和采集机分别接到交换机的任意网口，交换机照常连路由器上网。先后、插哪个口都不分。

• 记下两个端口号看一眼两台电脑各插在几号口（比如 TE3 和 TE2）——下一步配镜像要填的就是这两个口。

用浏览器打开交换机管理页（地址和账号密码见说明书或机身贴纸），进入「端口 → 镜像功能」，按下面填写；下方截图是一台真实交换机的示例。填完点「应用」，再点「保存」。

• 会话 ID保持默认值 1。

• 状态开启。

• 目标端口选游戏机插的那个口（图中示例 TE3），并勾选「发送普通报文」。

• 源入端口把连接采集机（雷达运行机）的口（图中示例 TE2）从「有效端口」选进「已选端口」。

• 源出端口同样把采集机的口选进「已选端口」。

• 两个口千万别填反在这类界面里，「目标端口」是被监控的一方——游戏机；「源入、源出」指向雷达运行机。绝大多数「雷达全黑」都是这两个填反了。完成后面几步后，先进一局对局再点「开始」：日志开始刷认地图、认人就说明方向对了；在对局里仍然一直空白，就把两个对调再试一次。

采集端靠 Npcap 抓包，首次运行前必须先装好。安装包已随下载附带，也可以用下面的网盘链接直接下载。

• 运行 npcap-1.83.exe双击安装包里的 Npcap 安装程序，或网盘链接下载的那份。

• 务必勾选兼容模式在选项页保持勾选「Install Npcap in WinPcap API-compatible Mode」。不勾的话采集端找不到驱动。

• 完成安装向导装完不需要重启。

卡密不是登录凭证，作用是给账号充时长。先注册账号，在用户中心把卡密兑换进账号，采集端再用账号和密码登录。

两者都要记牢

采集端登录用的是账号加密码，不是卡密。

填好「游戏机 IP」「网卡」「显示端」三项，点「开始」。状态变成「运行中」、日志开始认地图认人，就说明镜像方向没接反。

• 游戏机 IP游戏机的内网 IP。在游戏机上按 Win+R，输入 cmd 回车，运行 ipconfig，看「IPv4 地址」一行，通常是 192.168.x.x。

• 网卡——请手动选择在下拉里选采集机上插着交换机镜像口的那张网卡（就是接线那一步用的）。不确定是哪张的话，看网卡名字或型号，或者先把其它网卡禁用再确认。

• 显示端显示端和采集端同一台机：填 127.0.0.1:8778。显示端部署在服务器上：填服务器公网 IP 加 8778 端口，例如 203.0.113.9:8778。

• 点「开始」保持采集端开着——进对局后会自动开始出人。

端口保持默认（网页 8777、数据 8778），下面两种部署选一种。8777 是浏览器打开的网页端口，8778 是采集端发数据的端口，两个不能填成一样。

方式 A——同一台机（最简单）

在采集机上运行 nobody_view.exe，三格保持默认（网页 8777、数据 8778、本机自看可不留密码），点「开始」，然后在这台机的浏览器打开 http://127.0.0.1:8777/。进对局后出现红点和名字即为成功。适合采集机旁边就有屏幕的情况。

方式 B——部署到服务器（异地也能看）

在有公网 IP 的服务器上运行 nobody_view.exe，网页端口 8777、数据端口 8778，并务必设置 4 位网页密码，点「开始」。在云服务商安全组和服务器防火墙里放行 8777（TCP）和 8778（TCP+UDP）。把采集端的「显示端」填成服务器公网 IP 加 :8778，点「开始」。之后在任何手机、平板或电脑浏览器打开 http://服务器IP:8777/，输入密码即可观看。

对照下面的症状查找；每一行都给出最可能的原因和处理办法。最常见的两类原因是镜像方向（第 4 步）和网卡选择（第 7 步）。

提示「没有检测到抓包驱动」

Npcap 没装或没勾兼容模式。重装 Npcap 并勾选 WinPcap 兼容模式，然后点「重新检测」。

网卡一张都列不出来

采集端启动时会自动申请管理员权限——如果 Windows 弹窗点了「否」，关掉程序重新打开并点「是」。

点「开始」报「没有找到明显在传游戏数据的网卡」

网卡还留在自动选择，而且还没进对局。手动选好镜像口那张网卡（第 7 步），大厅里就能直接开。

开始了，但雷达一直是空的

可能还在大厅（本来就没有数据）、网卡选错、游戏机 IP 填错，或镜像方向接反。先进一局对局再看；只有在对局里仍然全黑，才去把源和目的对调（第 4 步）。

浏览器打不开网页，或显示 502

显示端没点「开始」、网页端口误填成 8778（网页是 8777）、看网页的设备开了代理，或服务器没放行端口。逐一排查：开显示端、网页填 8777、代理加直连、放行 8777 和 8778。

提示「并发超限」或「已经在跑了」

同时开了两份程序，或账号在别处还登着。关掉多余的那份即可。

地图上写「不支援該地圖」

还没进对局，或地图还没被认出来。进对局就好，不是错误。

授权到期打不开

卡密时长用完了。在用户中心兑换新卡后重新打开。

遇到异常时（比如地图上偶发两个「自己」或同名标记），趁问题还在就点「导出诊断包」，把 .pcap 发给我们。诊断包录的是最近几局的原始流量，我们拿到后可以离线复现定位。

• 点「导出诊断包」按钮在采集端窗口上，趁问题还新鲜时点它。

• 找到文件文件在 C:\Users\<用户名>\AppData\Local\Nobody\diag\diag_<日期时间>.pcap。

• 发给我们邮件发来 .pcap，附一句发生了什么；只录最近几局，无需裁剪。
